Hi @apple. i don't know if this is still relevant, but maybe you have "mouse keys" activated, try pressing the option key ("alt") 5 times, this should toggle between the two states.. Strange thing has happened, i got given a nice imac keyboard and for some odd reason, the keys 7,t,g,b,5,u,m are not working. if my knowledge serves me correct, in the old days like laptops use to have that function of having numerical keys in the middle of the keyboard. i think i push something that activated it on the keyboard..
